This car makes me want to scream, shout, and throw things around in a murderous rage. What level of self-control and patience I possess when teaching school simply goes out the window with EVERY LITTLE, and I mean really MINISCULE project I attempt with this car. Everything's just a little bit different than what it's SUPPOSED to be, making things INFINITELY harder. Case in point...I buy a new third brake light. I want to install new third brake light. I look up auto-faq regarding this. I print it out. I go down to car with tools. Everything comes off pretty okay. Oh wait...there's two little plastic clips attached to the hatch...Hmm...they won't come off...and there's really hardly any way for me to get to them...why...because my car has TWO, let me repeat, only TWO access holes to get at the third brake light from within the hatch...not the FOUR that everyone else's car seems to have...why...I have no bloody idea. Pliers won't fit, my hands won't fit, screwdriver will only get it from one side, making it IMPOSSIBLE to pull it through with pliers...it will pull up the sheet metal around the hole, before coming loose...believe you me... So, an hour and a half later I get one off with a modified coat hanger. There is still one there, and I simply cannot take any more oh this abuse tonight. Plus, the new term starts in a WEEK... just GREAT. How am I ever going to work on anything remotely SERIOUS /DIFFICULT that has to do with this car? Z
